Replex Plastics replaced an over-sized air compressor, installed occupancy sensors, and replaced inefficient lighting reducing overall energy use at the same time it was launching a new solar product line, and seeing its traditional business return from a two- year economic downturn. With the help of Air Technologies, Replex estimates energy savings up to 75% today while still meeting its needs.

Air Technologies® and Atlas Copco team up again to ensure a new air compressor installation is a total success!
The customer wanted to install (5) Atlas Copco 350 HP air compressors with minimal costs and ease of installation, while also not using any valuable plant floor space. We applied our ModulAIR® product and delivered 5 ModulAIR® containers to make their installation a true success by exceeding their expectations.
The Modules consisted of a complete self-contained air compressor system including our advanced ManagAIR® control system. The customer had a complete installation in short order that surpassed their expectations.
