Air Technologies®, a division of Ohio Transmission Corporation, has deployed the system to all 44 field service technicians in its 11 offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan.

It interfaces to the field service worker’s mobile device and provides real-time status and communication with dispatchers and office personnel. It also helps create a complete, online knowledge base of corporate information.

FX Mobile software is designed for field service workers using handheld, laptop, and desktop PCs. The software captures customer information while creating seamless wireless or direct connect communication between Air Technologies® field service workers and the office. It also provides Air Technologies® workers in the field with real-time work orders, automated workflow, equipment and site history, parts and customer information, automatic time sheets, e-mail messaging, additional service requests, and roadmaps.
