Air Technologies® is a proud distributor of Deltech® Pyramid® 2000 Compressed Air Treatment Systems and Hydrogard® Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
When you need a refrigerated compressed air dryer, look to Deltech quality and performance

Why do you need a refrigerated compressed air dryer?
Liquid water can be a real problem in a compressed air system. The air at the outlet of a compressor/aftercooler installation is typically 80-120 degrees F, and saturated with water vapor. This results in significant amounts of liquid downstream.
This moisture begins to condense when the air is cooled as it flows through the compressed air system. And water in a compressed air system can cause serious problems ranging from product spoilage to equipment malfunction. This makes an air dryer a critical component in any compressed air system.
Refrigerated compressed air dryers efficiently remove moisture from the air
Pressure dew point is a measure of the moisture content of compressed air. It is the temperature at which water vapor will begin to condense from the air, creating liquid water. A compressed air dryer reduces the concentration of water vapor and lowers the dew point of the air. A refrigerated air dryer is typically sized to produce a pressure dew point in the range of 33-39 degrees F. When your pressure dew point requirement is at or above this range, a refrigerated compressed air dryer is generally your best choice.

Deltech offers two types of refrigerated dryers for capacities from 10 scfm through to 1000 scfm: the Pyramid 2000 and Hydrogard. The Pyramid 2000 is an engineered system that combines drying and filtering in a single unit. For applications on systems served by a lubricated compressor, a Pyramid 2000 system is your best choice.
Deltech's Pyramid 2000 and Hydrogard dryers have been the systems of choice around the world for many years. This well-earned reputation was recently enhanced when Deltech became the first U.S. manufacturer in the compressed air industry to have its entire product line registered under the ISO 9001 Quality System Standard. As the most stringent of the ISO 9000 series of standards, ISO 9001 covers the complete quality system including design, production, inspection, testing, and servicing.
