This newest generation of heatless desiccant compressed air dryers is designed and built with confidence to offer the compressed air user the highest reliability in the industry.

Key to the reliability of the PS Series dryer is the proprietary airflow switching valve. Based on its superior design and proven performance this shuttle valve is covered by a lifetime replacement warranty. This valve is used on models PS101 through PS3241.

Specially designed to meet the rigorous operating demands of continuous-service desiccant dryers, the shuttle valve has only one moving part and requires no lubrication. It has been tested to more than a half million cycles - equivalent to 10 years of continuous dryer operation - with no evidence of wear or failure.

Highest reliability - three valves replace up to 13 separate valves used for air flow switching in other designs; shuttle valve life-tested to more than 500,000 cycles - equivalent to 10 years of continuous operation; shuttle valve covered by lifetime warranty; continued air flow, even with loss of electrical power to the dryer

Minimal maintenance - long desiccant life: low air velocity minimizes desiccant fluidization and dusting, slow pressurization at air flow switchover prevents desiccant pressure shock; upflow drying minimizes effects of accidental slugging with water; muffler cores replace quickly and easily, to prevent back pressure in purge exhaust line

Unmatched performance - dependable -40 degrees F pdp standard; -100 degrees F pdp available; desiccant protection based on 25-year history of dryer design; adsorption capacity, regeneration energy and mechanical strength matched to user performance needs; controlled contact time - not less than 5 seconds - assures required moisture adsorption

Operating economy - field adjustable purge flow on standard dryers; select purge rate from 13 % to 17 % at 100 psig; match purge to seasonal or process needs; Compu-Purge(R) automatic purge control is optional
