Industrial Vacuum Systems

Air Technologies® offers a full range of vacuum systems

Lubricated Rotary Vane systems and Systems

Lubricated Rotary Vane Pumps and SystemsThe GPR series systems can be matched to a wide variety of applications including laboratory/ research, meat packing, food processing, vacuum drying, hold down, printing, electronic assembly, medical (NFPA), lasers and thermoforming. Pump flow ranges from 10.6 acfm to 903 acfm.

Features & Benefits

The GPR series systems offer distinct benefits:

  • Compact simple design for ease of maintenance and simple installation.
  • Low operating speed for quiet operation, 50—75 dBA.
  • Adjustable gas ballast valve allows for removal of water vapor from sump oil.
  • Cool running for reliability and long life

The GPR series systems are direct-driven through a shaft coupling by a TEFC electric motor, wired for operation for 208, 230 or 460 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase power supply. Also available with 200 volt, 575 volt or single phase motors. The GPR lubricated systems come standard with gas ballast valve to help prevent condensation of water vapor, allowing water vapor to pass through the pump in its gaseous phase, keeping the oil clean.

Liquid Ring Vacuum Systems

GlobalVac supplies a variety of Liquid Ring Vacuum systems & Systems:Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Systems

  • Oil Sealed Liquid Ring Vacuum systems
  • Water Sealed Liquid Ring Vacuum systems & Systems
  • Full recovery
  • Partial recovery
  • No recovery
  • Special materials

Our OS series is the clear industry leader for packaged liquid ring vacuum systems. The OS systems offer the advantage of liquid ring systems, but require no wasteful and expensive seal water. No other liquid ring oil seal unit offers all the advantages of the OS vacuum packages such as the extremely low oil carry-over, ease of service and maintenance, compact design with belt or direct drive reliability.

Applications range from Medical and Lab environments to the rigors of Soil Vapor Extraction. The units are particularly popular for lab environments where contaminates in the suction gasses are not easily determined. Other industries where the OS units are popular include furniture manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing and the chemical industry.

Vacuum levels down to 29.6” HgV (8.4 torr).
