Air Technologies^® can help with our computerized Air Surveys. Why settle for a survey where a couple of pressure and dewpoint readings are taken? Our Air Survey kits monitor your system 24 hours a day, giving you valuable information not only about your system, but about fluctuations in your system. If you could determine that you were losing plant pressure every time that a given piece of equipment fired, what would that mean to your process? If you found out that you could run on one less compressor during second and third shifts, how could those energy savings effect your budget? Wouldn't you like to know exactly how much air you needed before you spent a healthy chunk of change on new equipment?

Our Air Survey kits may be appropriate for you if you:

• Have outgrown your current compressor system and need to determine how to upgrade your equipment
• Have leakage, pressure drop, or dewpoint problems
• Have equipment which is not working as effectively as it should
• Are simply interested in evaluating your air system and seeing if you can increase your productivity or lower your costs

We can install the Air Survey kits for any period of time (one week intervals). The kits can be setup to measure such variables as input/output pressures from each compressor, temperature into and out of a dryer, flowrates at each equipment line, and dewpoints at various points in your plant. Below is a summary of the specifications for the system:

At any one time, the air survey can measure:

1. Pressures - the system is capable of tracking up to 4 pressures, 0-160 PSIG range
2. Temperatures - the system can track up to 4 temperatures, -100 degrees F to 450 degrees F
3. Flowrates - the system can process inputs from 2 flowmeters
4. Dewpoint - the system will accept 1 dewpoint input

Multiple systems can be installed or systems moved to measure data at every point desired. Air Technologies will provide training to your personnel at setup. Data collected will be analyzed by Air Technologies' engineers, and a report will be issued detailing our findings and making recommendations to correct any problems encountered.
